Dumbbells, Headbands and Ink (Day 27-30 of 365)

“This guy is a bulldozer, with a wrecking ball attached! He’ll leave a ring around your eye, and tread marks on your back! He’s an animal! He’s Hungry!”

Everything from good workouts yesterday to mediocre workout on friday.

Friday was not the best workout, I was slightly dissappointed.  That night a wsa drinking with my roommates and then saturday morning I pushed myself to a good workout but did not feel good.  I’ve decided that I am not drinking unless it’s on saturday night, and even then in moderation.  I push myself too hard, and have goals that are too high to let alcohal ruin what I’ve been doing.
That said, it’s Stallone weekend on AMC, so I’m currently in the middle of a Rocky marathon.  Results post will be tonight, I’m slightly excited.

Dumbbells, Headbands, and Ink (Day 26 of 265)

Another amazing workout today.  That doesn’t mean I am not looking forward to a little break.  I am going skiing next weekend which means I will probably not be able to workout for a couple of days.  I am looking forward to that.  The toll this is taking on my body is pretty heavy.  

I have been eating extremely healthy as of late.  I have been trying really hard to make better choices whenever I have choices.  I think that that is the biggest secret to eating healthier.  Simply make better choices whenever you have a choice. 

I’m going to stray away from posting numerical results daily, but I will be posting daily with the vibe of my workout and day.

I will however say… I benched 235 today, the most I’ve ever benched.

Dumbbells, Headbands and Ink (Day 23-25 of 365)

This is my body. I can do whatever I want to do with it. I can push it, study it, tweak it, listen to it.
Everyone wants to know what I’m on. I’m on my bike busting my ass six hours a day. What are you on?

SUPER busy weekend!  While completing everything I had to do this weekend I did not miss a day of working out, and Saturday I had the best workout of my life.

I’ve been lazy about posting, but that is over, and here in 5 days is the first recap to compare my original stats with my current ones.

Dumbbells, Headbands and Ink (Day 21-22 of 365)

The last couple of days I have had some fantastic workouts.  I got 225 twice again this morning on the bench and nailed 275 squatting 4 times.

I would post more but Im exhausted.  More to come this weekend for sure, along with a pre game for the NFC Championship!
